A modern take on White Wedding Cakes with a very modern geometric Bottom Tier resting on handmade sugar legs, a Top Tier with Royal Icing flowers in bas relief and a bare Mid Tier from which sugar leaves spring out for a very current and modern look. She was awarded a Silver Medal at Cake International Competition in Birmingham 2017 Spring Show.
